28th NO DEAD ARTISTS: International Juried Exhibition

FERRARA SHOWMAN GALLERY is accepting artist submissions for the 28th Annual NO DEAD ARTISTS International Juried Exhibition. NO DEAD ARTISTS has been a springboard for numerous artists leading to national press coverage, recognition, gallery representation and acquisitions by museums and other prominent collections. The call is INTERNATIONAL and open to artists of all ages, emerging and established. ALL MEDIUMS ARE ACCEPTED.

Each year the gallery invites a panel of renowned arts professionals and collectors to select the newest creative talents.

"Human Nature" 2024 Call for Entry - Online Art Show

Theme- "Human Nature" This show is all about the human figure and portrait as well as referring to the distinguishing characteristics of humans—including ways of thinking, feeling and acting—which humans tend to have naturally, independently of the influence of culture. This is our 10th annual show, and we are excited to see your interpretation.

 

Y Talent Award 2024

The ‘Y Talent Award’ is an international visual arts competition to celebrate the creativity of exceptional young artists between the age of 13 to 18 from all around the world. The Y Talent Award is a collaboration between the Y Art Centre, founded by the internationally acclaimed contemporary artist Yue Minjun, and Ruthin School, one of the oldest schools in the UK. The judging panel will select ten prize winners, including one grand prize. The judging panel consists of five professional visual artists, who are honorary members of the Y Art Centre. The ten winners will be invited to exhibit their work at Ruthin School, UK, from June to July 2024.

Dare to Dance in Public Film Festival: Round 7 SUBMISSIONS OPEN

SUBMISSIONS are open for Dare to Dance in Public Film Festival: Round 7 (D2D).  Taking place annually in Los Angeles at the Glorya Kaufman Performing Arts Center, Dare to Dance in Public Film Festival (D2D) is an international film festival devoted to democratizing, celebrating, and promoting the genre of Screen Dance.  Regularly attended by Filmmakers, Producers, Dancers and Dance Aficionados, D2D presents films that explore dance as an urgent, visceral, universal language about what it is to be human and alive in the world TODAY.  Annual D2D: Round 7 judges include internationally renowned Choreographers, Dancers, Producers, and Directors,  will be announced soon!  

AI SOLO '24 AWARD

SOLO AI ‘24 AWARD, an international prize focused on the intersection
between contemporary creative practices and artificial intelligence, driven by the Colección
SOLO, announces its 2024 edition. The award seeks to celebrate excellence, innovation, and
narrative in the field of moving image artworks created with artificial intelligence (AI). With
a prize of €10,000 and various exhibitions, the award will be presented on 10 May 2024 at
Goldsmiths University in London.
