Neal Vincent founded Base Model Agency in 1999 and is recognized in the modeling industry as a very prominent figure on both the local and international front. Winner of the male Face of the Eighties competition in 1988, Neal embarked on and extensive modeling career abroad from 1989 adding many top international campaigns behind his name! From Paris to Milan, London to New York, Neal has graced the covers of elite magazines, been seen on billboards for the top campaigns, and strutting down the catwalk for the hottest international designers such as Versace, Armani, Valentino and the like!
In 1995, Neal established the world’s first and only exclusive Career Management Program based in Vienna, Austria... BASE Model Career Management. From here, Neal discovered, promoted and personally managed many of the world’s finest international models and supermodels!
Base Model Agency, together with its strong foreign ties has expanded the careers of many local models to a global status. Along with Neal’s endorsement with one of Hollywood’s top Actor’s Agency, he now exclusively represents some of the world’s biggest movie stars - and in conjunction broadened the horizon of local models turned actors.

In 1972 John Casablancas ans Alain Kittler create the Elite Agency in Paris, the fashion capital of the world. Elite International Network takes off in 1974. 3 years later, the New York Agency ranks No. 1.
In 1983 the first international Elite Model Look contest is held, under the name "Look of the year". This contest spans more than 45 countries and serves as a powerful model recruitment tool for the agency.
The International Elite Network reaches its peak with the arrival of Gerald Marie in 1986.
In 2004 Elite latest additon - Elite Model Management Stockholm opens. In 2017 Elite Model Management - Stockholm was acquired by MP Management.
